Wade C. Johnson

Wade C. Johnson has been active in real estate and construction related matters since 1978: first as residential builder and later as commercial tradesman, cost estimator, project manager and then superintendent for major builders in Southern California. During that time he had an active role in a broad range of projects including architectural, commercial, hospitality, industrial construction, and large general engineering projects for both public and private customers.
Mr. Johnson attended law school at night while working full-time for a construction management firm from February of 1991 until he graduated with a Juris Doctor degree in December of 1994. He took the bar examination in February of 1995, and became licensed as a California attorney in June of that year. He has been continuously litigating real estate, construction and other matters since. In addition to litigating, he continues to advise contractors, property owners, attorneys and their clients on real estate and construction related claims. He also acts as a neutral with the American Arbitration Association, and is a licensed real estate broker. When he can find the time, he restores and rides 1970's era Norton Commandos.
